One of our clients from Indonesia has inquired a 1-1.5 TPH poultry feed pellet production line for domestic workshop. The ingredients include corn, soybean, and other grains. Some nutrition additives will also be mixed with the materials, too. The required diameter of the output pellet is 4mm, and the client asked for another 6mm stainless steel ring die.

We recommended our SFPM250 feed pellet mill unit to the client according to his produce requirement. The unit consists of Hammer Mill, Mixer, Pellet Mill, Control Cabinet, Conveyors and other steel frames.

Firstly, the grains are fed into the hammer mill and crushed into powder; Then the grain powder is conveyed to the vertical screw mixer, in the mix chamber, grain powder and nutrition additives are mixed sufficiently.

The mixed raw material is conveyed into the silo, and fed into the screw feeder and conditioner of SFPM250 feed pellet mill which are made of stainless steel. Feeding speed of the screw feeder is adjustable. The mixed raw material can be cooked by the steam in the conditioner. The steam volume is controlled by adjusting the regulating steam valve.

The SFPM250 feed pellet mill is able to produce 2-8mm pellets, available for both of poultry feed and live stock feed.
